Suitable for beginners. You will l earn how to make a willow trug (flower or vegetable basket) from scratch. Termed as ‘Square work’ Trugs are really useful baskets with lots of scope for use and they are fun to make to.
You don’t need experience for this workshop, just the ability to have fun while creating something beautiful and useful.
This workshop is suitable for people looking to have a go at willow sculpture or to improve their willow skills, it is not suitable for people with arthritis in their hands.

You will receive joining instructions one week before the workshop and everything in included in the price except lunch (light refreshments, hot drinks, tools for the day and willow) so please bring your own lunch with you. There is a very nice Cafe in the building 'The Little Teapot Cafe' there menu is online.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel 7 days prior to the workshop starting you will receive a full refund. However after that you will only receive half the workshop cost as the willow will be in the process of preparation. You may be able to move your workshop place depending on your situation and availability.
